Shipment & Return Policy

Payment

We accept payment with any credit card or funded accounts through PayPal.

We also accept money order or cashier check but the product will not be delivered until your

payment is received and cleared.


Shipping

The paid items will be shipped within 1-2 days after purchase.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the continental USA, USPS First Class International to Canada. All other countries will be using USPS International Priority Air for delivery.

You will receive a delivery confirmation email after the items is shipped.

There is a flat rate shipping charge for all orders:

USA--$5.00
Canada--$8.00 (include insurance)
All other countries--$24.00 (include insurance)

For express mail, please contact us for the extra charge.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and we will arrange for refund or exchange accordingly.

No refunds will be issued to items that are sent back without any notification.

The returned items has to be unwashed, unused and in original condition.

Please send the merchandise back with the original invoice and package.

Refunds will be the total sale price minus freight charges.

Certain item if found defective, it may be shipped directly to the manufacturer for exchange.
